Rosemarie Bou, D.C.

Dr. Rosemarie Bou chose to pursue chiropractic as her second career. She graduated Queensborough Community College in 1989 with an Associate of Science degree. She attended New York Chiropractic College and received her D.C. degree in 1993. She is licensed to practice chiropractic in the State of New York. She has been in private practice in Floral Park since opening her office in 1993. Her daughter, Dr. Jennifer M. Thompson, joined her in 2003.

 In an effort to continually improve her clinical skills and learn the “new and improved” information available in chiropractic, Dr. Bou has attended numerous continuing education seminars on various techniques, pediatrics and pregnancy, whiplash and spinal trauma and earned an advanced certification from the Spine Research Institute on Whiplash Injuries.

 Dr. Bou is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the New York State Chiropractic Association. She served as Director on the NYCC Alumni Board. Locally she served as Director of the Floral Park-Bellerose Senior Citizens’ Board and is Past President of the Floral Park Lions Club.

 In her spare time Dr. Bou enjoys reading, swimming, painting, traveling and spending time with her husband Ronald, family and friends.
